Requirements
Consent for Telehealth Services must be signed prior to your initial session
You must be physically located within the State of Minnesota
A Telehealth Safety Plan will be completed with your provider during your initial session
A quiet, private space to complete the session
You may not complete telehealth sessions in moving vehicles or public spaces (stores, coffee shops, etc)

Select the telehealth page (this page) and find the clinician you are meeting
Click on their hyperlink for the doxy.me page to the right of your provider's name
Enter your name
Click, yes, to permissions on camera and microphone access
No downloading is required
